Baked Apple Chips

I've made these baked apple chips a few times already and they're hands down my new favorite go-to healthy snack, and my hunny loves em too.

1.) Preheat oven to 225*
2.) Thinly slice apple into "chips" (I used granny smith and honey crisp)
3.) Lay your apple chip slices down on a cookie tray. I don't have parchment paper so I just sprayed aluminum foil with baking spray and put the pieces on that.
4.) Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on apples.
5.) Bake in the oven for 1 hour
6.) After one hour, flip apple chips and bake for 1 more hour. If they still don't feel crispy enough after 2 hours, leave them in your oven for a bit longer. Don't forget to check on them!
*Ta-daaa! Aren't they lovely?
--1 whole apple makes 1 full cup of apple chips.
